What is mplsOutSegmentNextHopAddr?
Holds the actual next-hop IP address (interpreted according to mplsOutSegmentNextHopAddrType) that this outgoing MPLS segment forwards labeled packets toward. It cannot be changed once the segment's row status is active, so admins must delete and recreate the segment to redirect it.
