Description: Index into mplsXCTable which identifies which cross- connect entry this segment is part of. The string containing the single octet 0x00 indicates that this entry is not referred to by any cross-connect entry. When a cross-connect entry is created which this in-segment is a part of, this object is automatically updated to reflect the value of mplsXCIndex of that cross-connect entry.
