What is mplsInSegmentLabelPtr?
Normally set to zeroDotZero; it's only used when the incoming label value is too large or complex to fit in the plain mplsInSegmentLabel field, in which case it points to another table's row holding the actual label. Most admins will see this as zeroDotZero on typical LSR setups.
