Description:

The value of sysUpTime object (defined in IETF RFC 3418) at the time an entry is created, modified, or deleted in the in tables associated with the lldpV2RemoteSystemsData objects and all LLDP extension objects associated with remote systems.

An NMS can use this object to reduce polling of the lldpV2RemoteSystemsData objects.

What is lldpV2StatsRemTablesLastChangeTime?

This OID records the system uptime when neighboring network device information was last added, changed, or removed from the local cache. It timestamps the last update to neighbor discovery tables. Operators use this to determine if neighbor information is stale or has recently changed.
