Description: If l2vpnInstanceType is vpws(1), the l2vpnInstanceVcId is set to zero, for VPWS is uniquely identified by pwID and pwPeerAddr. The pwID and pwPeerAddr is specified in [PW-MIB]. If l2vpnInstanceType is vpls(2) or ipls(3), the l2vpnInstanceVcId is used to uniquely identify it and equal to every PWs that associated to the L2vpn service.
What is l2vpnInstanceVcId?
The virtual circuit identifier for this L2VPN instance. For a vpws instance this is always zero, since a VPWS is instead uniquely identified by its PW ID and peer address; for vpls or ipls instances, it's the shared VC ID common to every pseudowire attached to this service.
