This is an AGENT-CAPABILITIES conformance module for Juniper's E-series family declaring which objects and groups of the Fractional T1 (FT1) interface MIB the SNMP agent implements. It defines no managed objects itself, existing purely to state implementation coverage for fractional T1 circuit management, where a T1 line is subdivided into fewer than the full set of DS0 channels. As a conformance statement it carries no runtime hardware/software status data of its own; actual FT1 interface monitoring would be done via the underlying FT1/DS1 MIB objects it references. It depends explicitly on the standard/Juniper Fractional T1 (and underlying DS1) MIB definitions for the objects whose support it declares. It is used only by management stations for capability negotiation against a Juniper E-series agent's FT1 support, not for direct monitoring. Engineers can download the Juniper-Fractional-T1-CONF file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
