What Is Juniper-Dos-Protection-Platform-CONF?
Juniper-Dos-Protection-Platform-CONF is a Juniper Networks agent capabilities (conformance) module declaring which objects of the platform-specific DoS Protection MIB are implemented by the SNMP agent on Juniper E-series platforms. As an AGENT-CAPABILITIES module it defines no runtime managed objects and carries no operational status data of its own. It therefore has no direct role in monitoring hardware or software status. It is inherently dependent on the corresponding Juniper-DOS-PROTECTION-PLATFORM-MIB whose object support it documents. It is used by network management tooling to confirm SNMP agent feature coverage on Juniper E-series routers, not for active device monitoring. Engineers can download the Juniper-Dos-Protection-Platform-CONF file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
