What is etherTxIndex?
This is an index value that uniquely identifies an Ethernet interface within this transmit-statistics table, matching the same interface's ifIndex. Admins and tools use it to join transmit-side counters back to the correct physical interface. A row with etherTxIndex 5 corresponds to the transmit statistics for the interface with ifIndex 5.
