Description:
Controls the ability to change the state of DTR using basicSerialPortRaiseLowerDTR. This characteristic is not intended for use with modem ports. Corresponds directly to the presence of 'Control DTR' under the label 'Enabled Characteristics' in the PORT CHARACTERISTICS display. The desired change will not take effect until the port is logged off.
