What is isnsSrvrInstUpdateDdDdsEnbld?

A bitmap indicating which of the supported mechanisms (SNMP, control nodes, iSCSI/iFCP node registration) are actually enabled for modifying Discovery Domains and Sets on this server instance, with 0 meaning none are currently enabled. Admins check this before attempting an SNMP-based DD/DDS change, since the capability being supported (per isnsSrvrInstUpdateDdDdsSpprtd) doesn't guarantee it's enabled.
