What is isnsRegIscsiNodeScnBitmap?

A bitmap indicating which categories of State Change Notification (registration added/removed/updated, DD/DDS membership changes, etc.) this iSCSI node has registered to receive. Admins check this when a node isn't getting expected change alerts, to confirm it actually subscribed to that event type.
