Description: Load status of the driver: -'loaded' if the driver is loaded on the NIC; 'notLoaded' otherwise. A status of 'notLoaded' means that the NIC is missing (via 'hotRemove') or the driver is not fully loaded for some reason.
What is adapterDriverLoadStatus?
Indicates whether the NIC driver is currently loaded, returning notLoaded if the card was hot-removed or failed to initialize; an admin polls this to detect a NIC that dropped out of the OS without a link-down event being raised.
