What is fmSystemReset?
This OID triggers a card reset when set to cold-reset(0) (which runs a self-test), warm-reset(1) (which skips self-test), or power-up(2); the description notes reading it back gives a meaningless value since it's an action trigger. An admin sets this remotely to reboot a hung card without needing physical access.
