What is hpicfRdiscIfMinAdvertInterval?
This sets, in seconds (3-1800), the minimum time allowed between unsolicited Router Discovery advertisements on an interface, and must not exceed hpicfRdiscIfMaxAdvertInterval. It bounds how frequently the router is allowed to re-advertise itself.
