What is hpicfIpv6RtrAdvPrefixLifetimeType?
This selects whether an advertised IPv6 prefix's lifetime values are fixed(1, the default, the same value repeated in every advertisement) or realTime(2, counting down toward a specific future expiration instant). Choose realTime to have the prefix's lifetime naturally expire at a set moment rather than staying constant.
