For non-remote routes, the value of this object will be a zero-length string.

An attempt to create a row in which the length of this object is not consistent with the type specified by hpicfIpStaticRouteFwdAddrType must be rejected.

An attempt to create a row with a value for this object other than a zero-length string must be rejected if the corresponding instance of the hpicfIpStaticRouteFwdIfIndex object is non-zero.
