What is hpicfIcmpEchoBroadcastReplyEnable?
This enables(1) or disables(2) the device sending ICMP echo replies to directed broadcast echo requests. Disabling it is a classic mitigation against 'smurf'-style amplification attacks that abuse broadcast pings.
