This read-create value (default 1) sets how many labels should be popped from the top of an incoming packet's label stack for this segment; technologies that don't support popping multiple labels should leave it at the default of 1. Admins would only raise this above 1 on platforms and configurations that explicitly support popping more than the single top label at once.
