This object is interpreted in the context of the value of gmplsTunnelDownstreamNotifyRecipientType. If this object is set to 0, the value of gmplsTunnelDownstreamNotifyRecipientType MUST be set to unknown(0).
What is gmplsTunnelDownstreamNotifyRecipient?
Holds the address of the downstream node that should receive RSVP-TE Notify messages issued by this LSR for this tunnel, typically learned from a Resv message; not valid at a tunnel's tail end since there's no downstream LSR to notify, and defaults to 0.0.0.0 (meaning no recipient set).
