What is fmSystemDownLoad?
This OID triggers a firmware download of the EDB image via TFTP using the configured file server and boot file, though reading it back has no meaningful value. Admins set this to 'download' after configuring fmSystemFileServer and fmSystemBootFile to push new firmware onto the card.
