Description: This attribute reports RxMerSamples which is a statistically significant number of bursts for the CCAP Core, processed to arrive at the RxMER value. For the CCAP Core, the MER measurement includes only valid bursts that are not in contention regions. For OFDMA channels, this attribute always reports 0.
