Reports the RPD's own CIN interface MTU, read from the Remote MTU AVP the RPD sent during L2TPv3 session setup (ICRP message). Operators use this to confirm the RPD's advertised interface MTU matches its physical network configuration when troubleshooting a pseudowire MTU mismatch.
