Description: This attribute indicates the minimum interval needed by the RPD to process a UCD message received via GCP. This interval is equivalent to CM UCD processing time defined in MULPIv3.1 but its duration can be longer. The maximum value of the RPD UCD Processing time is 50000 usec. The minimum value RPD UCD Processing time is equal to CM UCD processing time (1500 usec for each changed SC-QAM channel or 2000 usec for each changed upstream OFDMA channel) defined in MULPIv3.1.
