Description: This attribute indicates the minimum Null grant interval needed by the RPD in the first MAP with incremented UCD change count. The RPD uses the Null grant in the first map to programs registers of its burst receiver during this interval. The maximum value of the RPD UCD Change Null Grant Time is 4000 usec for each changed channel. The minimum value of the RPD UCD Change Null Grant Time is defined in MULPIv3.1.
