What is docsRphyRpdDevCapabNumUsPorts?
Reports how many upstream-only RF ports this RPD's hardware provides for receiving return-path signal from cable modems. Provisioning tools use it the same way as the downstream port count, to bound valid upstream port configuration on this device.
