What is docsRphyCcapL2tpSessionInfoCoreIfMtu?
Reports the CCAP Core's own CIN interface MTU as read from the Local MTU AVP it sent during L2TPv3 session setup. Operators compare this against the RPD's reported interface MTU to detect an MTU mismatch between the two session endpoints.
