What is docsQosUpstreamFragments?
This counter counts fragmentation headers received from cable modems on upstream (modem-to-network) service flows, regardless of reassembly success. Fragmentation indicates the modem is breaking packets into smaller pieces, which may affect performance. Cable operators monitor this to identify modems with fragmentation issues that need attention.
