What is docsQosServiceFlowLogPolicedDelayPkts?
This counter records the final count of data packets that exceeded the QoS delay limit and were held back (policed) during a service flow session. It tracks how many packets were rate-limited due to exceeding contracted delivery time guarantees. Cable network operators examine this to verify that QoS policies are being enforced and to detect if traffic shaping is too restrictive.
