Description: This attribute contains the number of segments counted on this service flow regardless of whether the fragment was correctly reassembled into valid packets. This attribute only gathers information for Segment Header On service flows. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at reinitialization of the managed system, and other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime of the associated MAC Domain interface index.
