What is docsQosServiceClassMaxOutstandingBytesPerSidCluster?
This object defines the maximum bytes that can be outstanding per Service ID cluster in a QoS service class template for DOCSIS 3.0 cable systems, now deprecated in favor of per-service-flow limits. It was used to prevent any single subscriber from consuming excessive buffer resources. Although deprecated, legacy systems may still query this to understand historical QoS policies.
