Description: This attribute is a 64-bit representation of the guaranteed minimum rate in bits/sec for this parameter set. The value is calculated from the byte following the MAC header HCS to the end of the CRC. The value of 0 indicates that no bandwidth is reserved. If the referenced parameter is not present in the corresponding DOCSIS QOS Parameter Set, this attribute returns 0. If the parameter is not applicable, it is reported as 0.
