If the referenced parameter is not present in the classifier, the value of this attribute is reported as 'true'.
What is docsQosPktClassState?
This OID indicates whether a packet classifier (traffic rule) is active and ready to sort incoming packets into different service flows (priority channels). Checking this status tells you if the traffic management system is functioning and can enforce service quality policies. A cable operator managing broadband quality would verify this is enabled to ensure video streams get priority over other traffic.
