This object describes the set of QOS parameters defined in a managed device. DOCSIS 1.0 COS service profiles are not represented in this object. Each row corresponds to a DOCSIS QOS Parameter Set as signaled via DOCSIS MAC management messages. Each attribute of an instance of this object corresponds to one or part of one Service Flow Encoding. The BitMap attribute indicates which particular parameters were signaled in the original registration or dynamic service request message that created the QOS Parameter Set. In many cases, even if a QOS Parameter Set parameter was not signaled, the DOCSIS specification calls for a default value to be used. That default value is reported as the value of the corresponding attribute in this object instance.

Many attributes are not applicable, depending on the Service Flow direction, upstream scheduling type or Service Flow bonding configuration. The attribute value reported in this case is specified by those attributes descriptions.
