Description: Determines the administrative driver of the port. The driver controls which signals the port supports. A port can only support one type of driver at any one time.
Depending on the type of driver you choose, you must perform further configuration using one of the following tables:
- cxMcVoxEmAdmtable (for E&M drivers) - cxMcVoxFxsAdmTable (for FXS drivers) - cxMcVoxFxoAdmTable (for FXO drivers)
Options:
em (1): Recommended for a PBX connection. Provides RJ-12 and PB-45 port connectors.
fxs (2): Recommended for a standard telephone connection, where the Memotec device simulates a Telco. The device provides the ring and dial tone. FXS can also be used for a PBX connection, and provides an RJ-12 port connector.
fxo (3): Recommended for a standard telephone connection, where the Memotec device simulates a telephone. FXO can also be used for a PBX connection, and provides an RJ-12 port connector.
