This Counter32 counts the number of frames this device, acting as a wireless client, has transmitted at 54 Mbit/s since associating with an access point, one of twelve per-rate transmit counters spanning the legacy 802.11b/g rate set. An admin compares this counter against the others in the set to see whether the client-mode uplink mostly transmits at this particular legacy rate or favors faster ones. For example, if most transmitted frames accumulate in this 54 Mbit/s counter rather than the higher-rate counters, the uplink radio is running well below its potential, likely due to distance or interference from the associated AP.
