This Counter32 counts the number of frames this device, acting as a wireless client, has received at 5.5 Mbit/s since associating with an access point, mirroring the transmit-side counter for the same legacy rate. An admin compares this to the transmit-side counter at 5.5 Mbit/s and to the other rate counters to check for asymmetry between inbound and outbound rate distribution. For example, frames received mostly at this 5.5 Mbit/s counter while transmitted frames cluster at much higher rates would suggest the associated access point's signal reaching this client is weaker than what the client sends back.
