What is ntpPrimaryServer?
This IpAddress holds the address of the primary remote NTP time server, where 0.0.0.0 means no server is configured. An admin sets this to the trusted time source the device should synchronize against first. For example, an operator standardizing time across a network would set ntpPrimaryServer to the organization's internal NTP appliance address.
