Description: This provides ability to manage the Network Time Protocol (NTP) mode on the system. Currently, the system only supports 'client' mode.
What is ntpMode?
This CmNtpMode object selects the operating mode for the Network Time Protocol on the system, and the description notes that only 'client' mode is currently supported. An admin checks or sets this to confirm the device is configured to synchronize its clock from external NTP servers rather than act as a time source itself. For example, a technician troubleshooting time sync issues would first confirm ntpMode is set to client before checking ntpPrimaryServer reachability.
