Description: This allows to enable/disable the NTP client.
What is ntpClientEnabled?
This TruthValue enables or disables the NTP client function on the system. An admin turns this on so the device synchronizes its clock against configured NTP servers rather than relying on its own free-running clock. For example, an operator troubleshooting mismatched timestamps between a device's logs and its NTP server would first check that ntpClientEnabled is true.
