What is f3SystemLldpV2PortConfigADVAExtNotificationEnable?

This TruthValue controls, per LLDP agent, whether notifications (such as SNMP traps) are generated when LLDP neighbor information changes, with true(1) meaning notifications are enabled. An admin enables this to be alerted automatically when a neighboring device connected via LLDP appears, disappears, or changes. For example, an operator wanting to be notified if a wrongly-cabled device shows up on a port would enable f3SystemLldpV2PortConfigADVAExtNotificationEnable to get a trap whenever LLDP neighbor data changes.
