What is f3SystemFeatureName?
This read-only DisplayString (up to 128 characters) reports the name of a system feature tracked in the f3SystemFeatureTable. An admin reads this to identify which capability a given table row, and its associated f3SystemFeatureEnabled flag, actually controls. For example, an operator checking whether a particular optional capability is licensed on the box would scan f3SystemFeatureName entries until finding the matching feature name.
