What is f3StartNeEventLogIndex?
This TrapCounter object reports the neEventsLogged counter value associated with the first event logged within a bulk trap. An admin uses this alongside f3EndNeEventLogIndex to identify the exact range of logged events that a particular bulk trap notification covers. For example, an operator reconciling received bulk traps against the device's event log would use f3StartNeEventLogIndex to locate where in the log that trap's batch of events begins.
