This F3TargetAddressLifetime object sets a countdown timer after which a target address entry is automatically deleted, with the timer resetting whenever an SNMP packet is received from that target's address. An admin uses this to auto-expire dynamically or temporarily added trap destinations that stop responding. For example, an operator temporarily pointing traps at a test NMS during troubleshooting could rely on f3SnmpTargetAddrExtLifetime to automatically remove that entry if the test system goes silent and is never cleaned up manually.
