What is f3CallhomeState?

This CallhomeState object reports the current state of the Callhome feature. An admin checks this to confirm whether the callhome function is active, idle, or in some other state. For example, an operator troubleshooting why automated support notifications aren't arriving would check f3CallhomeState to see whether the feature is actually running.
