What is databaseAction?
This write-only INTEGER triggers a configuration database operation, including backup(1) to back up the saved configuration, restore(2) to restore it to the standby partition, and activate(3) to switch active/standby partitions and restart the system. An admin sets this to actually execute one of these database maintenance operations. For example, after testing a new configuration on the standby partition, an operator would set databaseAction to activate(3) to make it the running configuration, which restarts the system.

Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.2.1.6.1.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CM-SYSTEM-MIB::databaseAction.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.2.1.6.1.1 i <value>
