This TruthValue toggles whether a specific access control list entry, identified by its paired aclEntryNetworkAddress and aclEntryNetworkMask, is actively permitted to reach the system. An administrator uses it to activate or deactivate individual address-based access rules without deleting the underlying address/mask configuration. For example, a technician might temporarily set aclEntryEnabled to false to lock out a maintenance subnet's access rule while auditing the ACL table, then flip it back to true once the audit is done.
