What is vtVcPathStatsCVs?
This PerfCounter64 counts Coding Violations encountered by a SONET/SDH VT Path in the current bin. An admin monitors live VT-layer CVs to catch a degrading individual tributary circuit early, since VT errors won't necessarily show up in the parent STS path's own counters. A rising vtVcPathStatsCVs count on one VT1.5 tributary while its parent STS path's CVs remain flat would direct the admin's troubleshooting straight to that tributary's cross-connect mapping.
