What is vtVcPathHistoryValid?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether this VT/VC Path history bin's data is valid, i.e. was collected over a full, uninterrupted interval. An admin filters out bins where this flag is false before trending a tributary's long-term error rate, to avoid an interrupted collection period skewing the trend low. If vtVcPathHistoryValid is false for a bin that coincides with a known maintenance window, the admin excludes that bin from the monthly error-rate report for the tributary.
