Description: The counter associated with the number of Unavailable Seconds encountered by a SONET/SDH vt Path in the history bin.
What is vtVcPathHistoryUASs?
This PerfCounter64 counts Unavailable Seconds encountered by a SONET/SDH VT Path in the history bin. An admin pulls this per-tributary UAS figure directly into availability reports for the individual low-speed circuit riding that VT path, separate from the parent STS path's own availability. If vtVcPathHistoryUASs shows 45 seconds of downtime in a bin while the parent STS path's UASs for the same bin is zero, the admin knows the outage was isolated to that one tributary's terminating equipment.
