What is stsVcPathStatsAction?
This OID is a control switch that lets a network manager reset the performance statistics counters for a particular virtual circuit path back to zero. Setting it to 'clear' gives you a fresh baseline for measuring performance without having to restart the device. An operator would use this before starting a planned maintenance window to get clean performance metrics for just that maintenance period.
